Human blood, especially arterial blood, is never "fire engine red," it's a dark-wine, burgundy, or cordovan color. So many of these manufactured hoaxes are self-evident at first glance!
That is my understanding, though I don't think I have ever seen large pools of blood before. Have you? Every time I have seen blood though, my own or others', it starts out rather red then immediately darkens to a burgundy color as you say. Whether this has to do with its exposure to the open air I don't know, but it is definitely the case every time.
This blood is so fake it's not even funny. We have to consider that they Want some of us to know it is fake. From there, we should try to determine if Iran participates in the fakery, most likely organized and funded by Israel/Mossad, but enlisting the Iranians in the hoax. That is my theory and it is crucial to confirm.

The entire color scheme/lightning of that video is distorted and so obviously the blood would look off as well.
