WEF Explains High Housing Costs

It's not Jews.

The master-minds at the World Economic Forum are offering to explain to us the current high cost of housing. They give us this simple paragraph:

“Renting an apartment in major cities has become highly competitive and expensive, prompting historian Jacob Anbinder to investigate the reasons behind the housing crisis. Anbinder explores the economic and political factors that have made cities like New York, Boston, and San Francisco unaffordable for many Americans. He traces the political evolution of the Democratic Party as a contributing factor to the current housing shortage. Anbinder's research, supported by Cornell University, aims to uncover the interconnection between political liberalism and the housing crisis and will be published as a book.”

Is This WEF “Expert” Jewish?
Ah yes! Blame the Democrats. Deepen and widen the political divide. It’s an election year, of course. The Klarman Fellow pursuing this study is Jacob Anbinder, and guessing by some of his X posts, he’s Jewish.

Jewish Money Behind It All
Seth Klarman, who funds the Klarman Foundation grants one of which Anbinder received, is a successful Jewish hedge fund manager, now in the Hall of Fame for such performers. “Klarman was born 1957, in New York City from a Jewish family.” Klarman’s net worth is estimated to be $1.5 Billion. In looking over other Foundation grants, they all look anti-white, multi-racial and anti-West. It’s hard from names only to guess how many have gone to fellow Jews such as Anbinder, but Wainberg and Schectman are easy.

Klarman avoids the public and works his money influence behind the front. Is it required that these people all look so repulsive?

So when Anbinder through WEF explains the high costs of housing, he is not going to mention Jewish hedge fund managers and other investor managers buying up housing stock to rent out for their portfolios. This competition by big investors in the housing market was a factor driving up prices, and single family buyers struggle to compete since the big buyers don’t carry mortgages. Single families lose out and Blackrock and Klarman win the offers and own real estate, then rent it out at high prices. They may be trying to corner the market. Jews don’t care if single White men and their families are impoverished, homeless and stuck without their best investment, home ownership. They only care about money and return on investment. Real estate is a common favorite.

What Factor Determines the Urban Skyline?
Anbinder says “My research interests include the political economy of major infrastructure projects, movements for and against change to the built environment, and the ways in which sprawl and spatial segregation create social inequities.” In his book Cities in Amber Anbinder identifies various liberal approaches such as environmentalism, equality, NIMBY, urban aesthetics and others, which Anbinder proposes created not just the current shortage of affordable housing stock, but liberalism itself.

A partial summary: “Cities of Amber offers a new understanding of the thing that we call ‘liberalism,’ the influence of local politics in its creation, and its role in making modern American society. While many on the left believe today that America’s most pressing problems—particularly in its largest cities—originate in the Democratic Party’s supposed rightward turn, the history of anti-growth politics shows that Democrats never abandoned their core principle of using government power to effect social progress. Rather, in ‘blue’ cities across the country, new groups of liberals reworked New Deal liberalism to serve different goals, on different ideological bases, at different levels of governance. Their success at reining in the ‘growth machine’ benefited a fortunate few (Jews?). Yet, their worldview’s own contradictions—unresolved and perhaps unresolvable—also produced the permanent housing shortages, exorbitant real estate prices, unsustainable commutes, and intensified segregation that plague cities today.” (parentheses mine. A better title might be Cities In Amber, if the meaning is frozen in time so we can study them.)

Intensified segregation!? Jewish landlords have tried strenuously to de-segregate neighborhoods, producing White flight and creating the suburbs. I don’t imagine Anbinder is aware of this essay series, since he is not likely to visit Occidental Observer often. I sent it to his email. It is about Australia however, and Anbinder is focused on the U.S. This was years ago now, but the outcome of this real estate contest still put “New York Skyline in the Balance As Real Estate Titans Square Off.” It’s all about Jews and their scheming over New York real estate.

Just as it was in 2013 when opportunities opened up after the controlled demolition of at least 3 WTC buildings. Larry Silverstein retained some ownership of the properties and secured a 99 year lease from the Port Authority. Rebuilding was complicated and this report “New World Trade Center Coming To Life Already Impacts New York Skyline” should have interested Anbinder. This was featured in the Jewish Business News.

Jewish dominance of urban real estate is a stereotype, and if anything explains the high cost of housing at this time. The World Economic Forum will not mention this, with 6 powerful wealthy Jews on its Board of Trustees, now including Christine Lagarde, President of the EU Central Bank. She declared she had a Jewish parent when accepting an award from Jews. Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab is a protege of other powerful wealthy Jews Henry Kissinger and Hermann Kahn. So it’s disingenuous of Anbinder to blame Democrats of the post New Deal time.

WEF Pushing Great Reset & 4th Industrial Revolution
WEF calls this ongoing series of reports “Strategic Intelligence,” and I signed up for email alerts. Is WEF presenting itself as an intelligence agency? It seems to provide these reports as insider knowledge for those who are looking to profit over the course of the transition to the Great Reset. Indeed that seems to be the bait WEF offers new members. It is going to be tumultuous and complicated, and WEF “Strategic Intelligence” can help guide us through the transhuman transition so we emerge wealthy and safe.

Harari Lectures at WEF. The future is cyborg. “Humans are now hackable animals.”

We can profit off AI, digital currencies, digital borders, new media prospects, new military tech, 5G, more vaccines, driverless vehicles, renewable energy, carbon markets, smart grids, expanded mass surveillance and censorship, robotics, human augmentation, more gmo’s… If anyone has ethical concerns about any of this, we may be left behind in the Great Reset earthquake underway right now. WEF spokesman Yuval Noah Harari tells us “it’s better to be exploited than irrelevant.” Exploited for our data, rather than off the grid altogether. Because the irrelevant are the new “useless class.” What to do with them? Harari and WEF don’t have a clear answer they are willing to tell us yet.

He is of course among the powerful elite. We may not be. Unless we follow the Strategic Intelligence reports. This one on the high cost of housing omits the crucial factor of Jewish real estate speculation and investing, slumlordism, banking system manipulation generally, demographic engineering, and legal structuring. This is unforgivable from a Jewish author such as Anbinder.

But not surprising. The Strategic Intelligence reports are strategically designed and presented to omit and obscure certain matters and focus our attention on a narrow range of others. Controlled perception and analysis, of course. I searched WEF for “Palestine” and “Gaza” and found no results. “Israel” however showed an entire section with an elaborate graphic displaying much of relevance about that controversial country and people.

The bottom is cut off because WEF needed me to “accept” its cookies and surveillance policy, which I wasn’t willing to do. FWIW

I opened Vaccines and Pharmaceuticals, and found:

Organ exporters?! Ghouls! Are they Palestinian organs? Must be a grim harvest these days. Prices should be down, Klarman is probably selling stock. Demand may be high in Palestine, but no hospitals or doctors are functioning to install them.

Israel does export vaccines and other modern biological warfare tech. In fact war tech is a top export market for Israel. The closest category could be Chips and Electronics, which says:

“Dirty secret of Israel’s weapons exports: They’re tested on Palestinians”

This is one example among many of how WEF obscures and distorts perceptions of Jews. As does its “expert” Anbinder.

I’m always intrigued when WEF offers to “explain” some problem of our world. Strategic Intelligence is so useful in understanding reality and deciding what to do. We’d have to be an insider to know to give our money to Jewish hedge funds and investment banks buying single-family real estate to rent it out. WEF did say “by 2030 you will own nothing, and you will be happy.”

Don’t own housing, it’s too expensive to maintain and takes too much work, is the advice. Let Jews own it for us. Be happy. No, a house is the best investment we can make and has long been the core of the American dream. Now we may have to compete with Jewish investors as prices remain historically high on limited stock. Own is better than rent. For us.

Antisemitism and Islamophobia Examined

I found I could not review much of this stuff, it is so infuriating and stupid and unjust. The obvious pro-Jewish bias and supremacism and discrimination amounts to a grotesque hypocrisy. But nono, it’s balanced and fair:

“ These cross-disciplinary talks will also reflect on the relationship between the history of Israel/Palestine, as well as the outbreak of the current conflict, and contemporary manifestations of antisemitism and Islamophobia.”

They will get their money’s worth. The first series of lectures are by Menachem Rosensaft, under the heading “Antisemitism, the Israel-Hamas War, and Distorting the Law of Genocide: A Perfect Storm.” Included here is a lecture by the U.S. “antisemitism” envoy, Deborah Lipstadt, “Antisemitism, Here and Now.” Scheduled for tomorrow, actually. Lovely cover design. “Nazis” are not the only “antisemites” but they are by far the worst. Why? Not the extermination attempt on the vermin, but the international trade system Germans established that cut the Jewish bankers out of the skimming scheme.

Still another Jewish scholar, David Niremberg, presents on his book Anti-Judaism: The Western Tradition. “David Nirenberg shows how foundational anti-Judaism is to the history of the West.” But that’s only because Jews have made it appear so.

To be fair, the West is also foundationaly anti-Muslim. The program continues next month with “On the Rise and Resilience of Anti-Muslim Bigotry Today,” with 16 more presentations.

Not to leave out religious bigotry, next it’s “Racializing Religion: Islamophobia, Antisemitism and Palestine” with 26 more. Some intrigue me, such as “Nothing Has to Make Sense, Upholding White Supremacy through Anti-Muslim Racism,” and “Understanding Antisemitism At Its Nexus With Israel And Zionism.” Shouldn’t be difficult to understand. Most things DO make sense with Jewish supremacism and ethnic cleansing of Palestine.

Finally we get some history from another Jewish academic, Derek Penslar, in “Beyond Sympathy and Antisemitism: The International Community and the Creation of the State of Israel, 1947-1949.” “How has the ability of Jews to amass and wield power, within both Jewish and non-Jewish society, influenced and been influenced by their economic activity?” Great question.

This is about housing costs. Jews try for total monopoly ownership and control of any asset, especially if it denies it to their enemies. Some commodity or asset in high demand and low supply? Beware of Jews explaining through the WEF why that might be. The real answers are often closer to the bone.
