I will add to the lecture that I am considering getting a vaporizer or humidifier for the indoor air this winter to prevent these symptoms—in case they are caused by dry indoor air leading to intrusion of pollen, dust and dander. I might add essential oils of eucalyptus, tea tree or other to the water. I believe in herbs.
